The Boat Yard

The Boat Yard is a beachside bar and restaurant located on Today Beach in Massapequa, NY. This waterfront bar and grill was brought back to life in 2018 with a brand new name and identity. Known for its palm trees, music scene and beautiful beach views – this south shore spot became an instant hit amongst locals. One of the first things you notice when you come to The Boat Yard is their consistent color scheme – yellow bistro bulbs light up the beach at night, orange and white umbrellas protect the tables during the day and accents of blue linger across the restaurant. With this interior in mind, we were able to create a branding style to match the interior of the restaurant with the overall atmosphere. Deep oranges and blues were used across the website and design material to create a high contrast branding style that stands out from other average beach bars on the Island. With a big focus on sunsets, the photography used in their branding style invites their patrons to come back at night to enjoy some drinks and live music on the beach.
